I find sever ants on the air conditioner and the beds. It is so horrible.

Hotel and Rooms are in Poor condition Linens were dirty. Room reeked of smoke. Stove top rusted. Microwave not working. Hotel is in poor condition. Hallways and rooms very dark. Run down property and worn furnishings, poorly maintained.

Book elsewhere! Overall as bad a hotel experience as I've ever had. The room did not have a smoke alarm. When I let management know about it, they said the previous occupants may have removed it so they could smoke in the room. Since I booked a non-smoking room, this did not exactly ease my worries. They did not replace the smoke detector, offer us a new room, or otherwise address the issue. We stayed in the room another day and night while management knew our room lacked one. Cigarette smoke. The curtain was broken. And there The room smelled of Cigarette smoke. The curtain was broken. And there was trash still in the room

Paid for our room and tried to check.in a little after midnight after traveling 5 hours for a medical appointment and wouldn't let us check in and wouldn't refund our money. Thanks to hotel.com for refunding our money. Bad business
