Had no cream for morning coffee, free breakfast consited of oatmeal packets, room smelled like smoke when firat got in, stains on sheets, dusty furniture, no wash clothes, and phone qas not operational

Convenience to Toyota center and restaurant within walking distance. Dislike the use of breakfast. Nothing was hot if you dont drink coffee there really no other option. Juice would have been nice. At least water

Front desk staff are excellent. I've stayed here many times. Some rooms could benefit if the fridge door was reversed to be more convenient to the kitchenette area. Easy to do and could be done in under an hour per room.
