Nice stay, won't be doing it again. Front desk was nice and helpful. Room was clean but did have a cigarette musk to it. Toilet was extremely low to the ground, wobbly and sunk down when you sat on it. Shower did not work, also felt like it sunk down when you stepped in it. Bathroom overall was not trustworthy. Our hotel door had a good 1-2 inch gap underneath it that made it feel unsafe, like anyone could easily stick something underneath and unlock our door. Elevator shook, alot! Convenient but you’re on your own. This hotel is somewhat dated and I noticed that the carpets were stained. The bed was okay, but the "fully equipped kitchen” was misleading since there were no pans or plates or utensils of any kind. They had no breakfast or coffee because they “hadn’t gotten a shipment in.” I liked the price compared to other nearby hotels and it is only a 1/2 mile from MD Anderson so you can walk to appointments.

March reservation This stay was for a medical appointment. There were several roaches in the room and vagrants outside the hotel. When getting ready the morning of the appointment, there was no one at the front desk and one of the vagrants got in. Not happy with this.
