Hotel staff too guickly to charge customers for accommodation to have a room selection in first floor preference, we have stayed in this hotel twice within a month and been charged x 2 times and staff very dry not very friendly,late in bringing hot coffee,this hotel says it has breakfast but only gives you a small muffin very misleading.

Nice stay, won't be doing it again. Front desk was nice and helpful. Room was clean but did have a cigarette musk to it. Toilet was extremely low to the ground, wobbly and sunk down when you sat on it. Shower did not work, also felt like it sunk down when you stepped in it. Bathroom overall was not trustworthy. Our hotel door had a good 1-2 inch gap underneath it that made it feel unsafe, like anyone could easily stick something underneath and unlock our door. Elevator shook, alot!
