Room was clean but didn’t smell clean. I would have preferred a room or hotel that didn’t allow pets.

For the occasion, the location was good. But the elevator didnt work properly, at first our keys didnt work; they had to reprogram them, and lastly the breakfast was no breakfast at all, bag of chips or a muffin was all they offered.

It was such a great location the train , bus , and bikes were within walking distance . And the staff were really sweet and the cleanliness was top tier and the lawn was clean. And I love how the train room is in walking distance from my room

Definitely won't be staying at this location again Reservations were for a queen suite and we were given a full suite. There were dead roaches behind the bathroom door and the next morning there were alive ones. Had to request towels as it appeared the room had not been stocked with appropriate items after cleaning. The smell from the smokers seeping thru the door and air vents was definitely NOT pleasant.

The hallways were dirty. The outside doors were not working to unlock so they had sticks stuck in them so they would not close and lock. At 8:00 a.m. they had entry doors locked and desk clerk said it was for their safety. Did not make you feel very safe staying there.
