Don’t stay here Having surgery in the morning at one hospital in the medical center. Asked about shuttles as I checked in since shuttles are advertised as one of their amenities. The clerk insisted that they would not go to the hospital I need to go to. So I asked if I could have my money back so I could go somewhere else that does have shuttles to this hospital. She asked the manager who got ugly and said he would tell the shuttle to take me in the morning but it would be best if I didn’t stay here in the future! Really now... read more

we got bumped to a smaller room and our friends that booked their room the same day were told that they were overbooked ,did not have room and sent them to a best western.ruined our trip we booked last year.everybody we talked to either lost room or gotta lesser room.hotel should b ashamed.i will not use hotels.com again or that hotel.do not book there.yu mite not get room yu booked

Do not expect much. Room was not clean. Halls were not clean. Room not serviced. No coffee in room.

Disappointed Upon checking in I was told housekeeping does not come everyday and we were responsible for taking out our own trash!!! We also had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk (not the housekeeper) and the front desk would give us fresh towels. We did use the shuttle services and they provided a scheduled, We called the hotel and the manager told us we didn’t have to call that they would be there. We waited for two hours, they don’t go by the schedule. The driver was very nice, but I did notice when we returned ... read more

Close to nrg stadium Staff very unfriendly. Hotel hallways very dirty, had food in Galway floor the whole time we stayed there and it was the same food. Room smelled like carpet has never been cleaned. What they had for breakfast was a joke, really

DO NOT stay here if you have a choice Room was so HOT we had to leave in the middle of the night, after we had turned it down to for 5 hours, total waste of money.and time. Only good thing, was I got to shower after the game before we left.

I was disappointed in my room. The room had a strong odor which required me spraying the room several times to eliminate the odor. Water was dripping in the bathtub. When I reported it, I was informed they couldn't do anything until the next day. When I took a shower the shower was not draining properly.
