I loved the room and how it is almost like a tiny apartment. Service coukd be better and breakfast items

Good location, very nice room, friendly staff; the breakfast to-go is pretty well lacking, especially with fresh fruit, maybe, or some cereal.

Expedia staff(Specifically Ella) was extremely helpful in rebooking my hotel to Extended Stay. This property is clean, has spacious studio apartments, grab and go breakfast and plenty of restaurant opportunities in its vicinity. It's right next to the NRG park and located in a safe area.

Football game stay Had to ask for dishes to use in the kitchen that was in our room. When I was given them, I got 2 small pot, 1 small frying pan, 2 plates 2 forks and spoons,1 knife. When I said there was 3 of us I was given another plate, fork and spoon. I did not get any cooking utensils. Had to go buy dish soap and a spatula. The room had 2 queen beds and a hide a bed but only had 2 sets of towels.
