Lady at the desk did not tell us there were only 10 rooms that would allow dogs. When I booked a room there was nowhere that stated this, only that the hotel was dog friendly. All 10 rooms that allowed dogs were booked and the room I reserved was not dog friendly. Because of this we were told that we could not stay and we had nowhere else to go. She did not want to help at all. I recommend this hotel to be more clear on their policies. Hotel left a very bad impression on us.

Terrible Hotel Experience This hotel was the worst experience we've ever had. It was not clean, including leftover soap on top of the shower, toothpaste on the door, white stuff on dresser drawers. Having to take dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for clean ones was barbaric. This changes our consideration about the package deals.

Llegamos tarde y el personal muy amable nos dio la habitación... lamentablemente el hotel (instalaciones) los pasillos tiene muy poca luz y ventilación es muy mala, huele a comida. La habitación que nos asignaron estaba medio limpia, había calcetines abajo del escritorio y basura en el basurero de la cocina. El personal de la recepción muy apenados por la situación dijeron que nos iban a limpiar y dejar lista la habitación. Pero la mala impresión ya la habíamos tenido.
Hotel not worth more than 49.99 a night Hotel stinks. I repeat...stinks. as in smells.bad. customer service is horrible. Wi-Fi is terrible and when we called front desk she gave us 800 number to their i.t. department. Said she was not goining to call for us even after I called and the automated system is clearly designed for hotel employees. Decent Was decent for the money and I felt safe. Downfall it was not very clean and the bedding and carpet had numerous stains. Bed was also very uncomfortable.

NON-SMOKING Room Reservation is NOT GUARANTEED Orbitz should indicate that NON-SMOKING Room Reservation is NOT GUARANTEED for Extended Stay America. We reserved a Non-Smoking Room and we were given a Smoking Room which they said that they overbook and no more available non-smoking. We have plans and no more time to look for another hotel, so we were forced to take it.
