The rooms were dirty. You had to go downstairs to get your own towels. They only clean once a week

Bad smelling, garbage left underneath the sofa bed. Remote had no batteries. Hair dryer had the wire cut. Elevators not working. The smell of garbage was terrible as all bins in hallway were overflowing.

I was charged for room and then hotel was full I didn't stay there they were book up. I am very dissatisfied with them and Hotels.com. I was charged and haven't received a refund!
