Receptionist or staff members barely there to help you with anything. During my checkout, I couldn’t locate anyone at the front desk to give me my invoice, I was there for a very long time. Their billing system had been down during my entire stay and so I wanted to confirm that I wasn’t being charged for anything extra but there was no one there to help me with that.

I booked from the 14th till the 21st. Stayed there 3 nights and paid for the week. Staff rude, no supplies for room. Door would not lock easily, screens torn halfway off window, I asked for a coffee pot and received coffee maker without pot. I bribed housekeeping lady for towels. Nothing promised was there because I was told at front desk that everyone steals so they don’t have items promised for rooms . I paid twice and put my family in a different hotel and stayed with friends. By far the worst place booked thru Expedia

We were robbed while sleeping in the bedroom of our suite. The door was busted and a purse was stolen. The police told us they get calls to this location very often. Stay away!

Roach in drawer, refrigerator door swings wrong way, toilet seat has layers of paint, curtain do not block the sunrise, live flying ant found on floor, room entry door was stuck hard so had to push into the room. Grab-n-Go breakfast was coffee or packet of instant oatmeal and nothing else. Soda/drink vending machine upstairs only.

Room but nothing else positive. Police showed up every night for domestic disturbances, the floors are paper thin so every step is thunderous from people above you. Garbage in hallways, older building with only upside being your room has comfortable amenities.

Smelly Horrible, staff was very unfriendly! Planned on a 2 night stay, checked out after the first night. When I checked in they knew they had no hot water and didn't bother to notify me. The place smelled of mold and for a lack of a better word "Feet". I will never stay there again!

The rooms were dirty. You had to go downstairs to get your own towels. They only clean once a week

Bad smelling, garbage left underneath the sofa bed. Remote had no batteries. Hair dryer had the wire cut. Elevators not working. The smell of garbage was terrible as all bins in hallway were overflowing.
