Very bad experience The AC didn't work, poorly managed, I'll never stay here again

The next day we discovered bug bites all around my wives head and neck... The shower wall was moldy and coming apart. The tub had been repaired multiple times and looked bad.

The ac in room 222 didn't work. The front desk attendant came checked on it, restart it for it to only go back out. Uncomfortable sleep!! The bed had hair in the sheets that wasn't mine

The worst hotel I have stayed in USA. The room was not clean and complete toiletries. Room didn't even had a single glass and when we went to reception they neither had anything to give us. Room didn't had coffee/tea facility. TV had issue. Finally it was mentioned that it has continental Breakfast. They had just some nut bars for breakfast. We waited for 30 minutes and coffee pots were empty at about 8AM in the morning. Expedia should refund our money for this stay for misinformation about hotel amenities. Regards

Probably the worst hotel in the country...or state This was the worst hotel experience my family has ever had. On a hot Texas day, the AC in the room was not working. When we came and told the front desk, they did not do anything. The general area of the hotel did not feel very safe either, and the rooms were in horrible condition. Ten minutes after staying in the hot room and going to the front desk to ask for a different room, we booked a room at Best Western just a few miles away for less than $10.00 more.
