DO NOT STAY HERE My boyfriend and I missed our check out time due to an emergency, and when we came back to get our stuff they had stolen all of my make up, my tampons, phone charger and I’m still trying to figure out what else is missing. I will most definitely be calling corporate when they open tomorrow.

The front office and management was very rude! The hot water was not working for more than half of my stay. I really would like a refund for that stay.

Dirty Dirty bedspread - stained sheets - creepy people hanging around outside (pretty sure they were not customers) - cats & dogs everywhere.

Cold Shower Upon arriving at 10 pm, there was no person at the lobby. Water heater must be broken, the shower water was barely warm.

Eh Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, Booked a queen, received a full. Shower drain coming apart. Just overall eh.

The hotel had trash that stayed out for three days. It smelled like weed in the room. We didn’t get the correct bed we wanted. Both of my rooms , the showers had cracks in them. There was trash outside the doors for days. The elevators was hot and there was a glass broken in the elevator.. The rooms need to be updated.

STAY AWAY The customer service is horrible. They are very rude and inconsiderate. Very arrogant toward the guests. A/C didn't work, no blankets on the bed, and even worse, BED BUGS!!!!

Never Again!! It is exactly what it says. Designed for Extended Stay. No handles on the cupboards, dirty and the girl up front was not friendly if you asked for anything. My room said "Non-smoking" Not true. As soon as you walked in it reeked. I am allergic so I know. Someone came and threw my wrapped food away and threw my towels on the floor. I think Housekeeping that comes once a week thought the room was empty. Not worth being on Hotels.com. I expected better from them. Never Again!!
