Someone had been smoking pot in our room. Cigarette burns on the floor. Air conditioner didn’t work well. The hotel would not give us a different room.

Your identity is compromised here While rrroms were available that were renovated I was consigned to s filthy room with heavy body oils on chairs, a small table with two badly stained unsanitary chairs. The ac is jerry rigged so you either freeze or sweat. The breakfast is locked as if it is ft Knox for toast. There was no sugar cream or coffee. The juice machine has a sign it is broken. The price is fair and the hotel would be och if they would take care of their roach infestation. The roaches are not the large texas water bugs, but the small german cockroaches that can cause disease.

Made reservations on a Tuesday. Got there Friday at 4:30 after driving 4 hours from San Antonio. Our room was not clean, the beds were not made, the trash had not been taken out, it was absolutely disgusting. I went down to the lobby to tell them & the woman in the front was so rude & claimed they were short staffed & did not have enough house keeping & they didn’t know what time or when our room would be cleaned.
