DO NOT BOOK -- ROACH MOTEL I booked this hotel for a 5-day conference and stayed only 1 night before checking out the second night due to a terrible experience. The hotel is right off the highway with loud road noise. First night I awoke at 5 AM to loud trucks. I asked to change to a quieter room but they said at capacity, and I had to come back the next day to check availability (would not put me on a waitlist for the next open room). The room was infested with cockroaches, the shower ceiling was leaking from the bathroom upstairs. The check in staff was nice enough but the person who checked me out seemed like she was crazy drugged up. All in all a horrible experience.

This place is disgusting. There were cigarette holes in the comforter and a big stain on the shower floor. It smelled like a casino and was very small. The staff was rude and the other guests looked like vagrants. I got my money back and left.

Stay Someplace Else The place had a few insects crawling around, the staff did not empty the garbage, make the bed or bring new towels. I had to ask for toilet paper and drinking glasses. There is no ice machine. The free wifi is very slow. Not expensive, but also not a good value.

You get what you pay for. Cheap hotel rate but under average place

Horrible stay Upon arrival i was given keys to a room that housekeeping hadn’t gotten to so i walk into complete filth. I was then moved to a different room that looked better but had it’s own set of problems including the outlets in the bathroom not working and the tv not working. I was then moved again and the last room was decent but overall this experience was overwhelmingly frustrating.

Bring your own cleaning supplies and roach spray. Location and price are great; however, make sure to bring your own cleaning supplies and roach spray. Asking the staff for help is non existent, they don’t care and are difficult to communicate with.

We selected this hotel because it advertised breakfast and were told at checkin that it would be ready at 6. We had a softball game that we had to be at by 7. When we went to grab our breakfast they told us they didn't have any until Monday. Not sure why they couldn't have made a Sam's run. Just wanted a muffin.

The hotel was very dirty and outdated. The carpet was so filthy that it was sticky. They didn't have even 1 extra pillow to spare in my room. The TV was up to date with great channels
