I drove 5 hours to get here and have to drive around for 2 more hours in rain I couldn't see 2ft. In front of me I just got out of hospital 2 days prior. The reason is because the person booking room for me called to verify they take cash they said yes then when I get there she refused to take cash. Thanks Expedia and extended stay America

No blanket, no soup, roaches in bed, kitchen and bathroom. I wake up at 7am with a roach on my face. Horrible stay.

Place to sleep is all it is. Not very clean, not fully equipped as per the info on the web. Pretty much a last resort.

The toilet had leeks ,bad had some ones hair on it,no hot water in shower.phone did not work.

Breakfast was coffee and granola bars. Room was minimalist at best.

The room was nasty. There was hair everywhere, the bed, the bathroom. I am sure they have bed bugs because my husband couldn’t stop scratching. The smell was unbearable. Will never use this hotel ever. During the check in the staff was ok but during the checkout the staff was not friendly at all. They lied about breakfast. There is no breakfast. They have coffee and protein bars.

Poor service. Room was dirty. Bathroom walls falling apart. Air conditioner not working properly. Cabinets dirty falling apart.
