I wrote about this on the first review. I will try again. I. Tried to get a hold of someone the night this happened and my call wouldn’t even go through. I guess because my cell phone couldn’t get enough bars because it was late at night. all I had was a Cell phone I needed a handicap room and I was put in a room that wasn’t handicap at the complete other end of where the stairs are and when I went back to tell her it wouldn’t work she told me to call y’all so I am out of money now and I’m very unhappy about it! Horrible! The room was horrible! It was very clear that it was a smoking room, labeled non smoking. The WiFi wouldn’t connect, furniture was falling apart, toilet ran constantly, and it was filthy. We were told when making the reservation we could receive a refund if we didn’t complete the Stay so we overbooked just in case, and guess what NO REFUND. We will never stay here again.

Right location but terrible place Room in which we stayed was filthy and smelling like cigarette smoking facility. Hotel staff refused to clean the room or give service saying that they offer service only after 7 days of stay. They are cheap but still not worth of money. Leaking sink and stained commode is free add on too. Don’t fall for free breakfast or internet. Internet is so slow that I will think it was faster when invented then now at this facility. Just was not clean the shower looks dirty. Hair in the shower on the ceiling from whomever. Just need upgrading. Also for a nonsmoking room it had a not so pleasant smell I had air freshen with me

It was a horrible experience. Dirty, inoperable ac It stunk like dirty dog, a/c inoperable, dirty, phone broken, old rusty shower. They moved me and the next room was clean but the deadbolt didn’t work and maintenance never came to repair. It was too late to find another hotel. Doors to rooms had paint flaming off. Very shady looking place. I was very disgusted with it overall.

Nasty Room was not clean and had roaches. Hotel was very noisy and we had no hot water
