I got here at 1am n the morning n the computer was down because of a night audit they do. So I had to sit n my truck for 30 min when I all ready pay for the room..

I will never stay at an Extended Stay again the room was filled with roaches. I had to constantly spray. To me that's not a clean room I don't care what you do to it. I will not be booking my room through here again. Terrible experience. I am very very unhappy.

The rooms were depressing the breakfast was horrible.

expected more from their breakfast...they need to upgrade their bathroom and have it clean for someone to stand there and shower

Worst experience and wont recommend to anybody. Bathroom sink was pouring water to the floor so we can't use it. Told them an no one came fix it so we decided to turn of the water before the water damaged the whole bathroom. We asked for coffee and told us no coffee since weds. The finally give us 1 but said no filter so i'm supposed to chew the coffee? I traveled a lot in my life but the one in Sawdust should not be recommended to anybody. One more thing i have to brush my teeth using kitchen sink.

Horrible Hotel Horrible hotel and staff.... Debit card clearly stolen out of my room! Toilet wouldn’t work the staff just walks right in no warning at all ...twice!! Will never stay here again NEVER!!!!

Hotel Horrible Struggling divorce dad, need a place to stay. Booking company and Front desk screwed up my reservation. Needed a place that night, As opposed to crediting me for my room. The girl at the front desk returned me credit to the bank. As she explained, would take 7 days to return to my account. Leaving me and my son to sleep in my car for two days. Stained floors, inoperable kitchen stove and exhaust. No care for their guest.

Room was filthy.hair in drain in tub.could not shower
