Nice Pictures Online And Outside, Rooms Terrible I flew in from out of town on Emergency Business and reserved 2 rooms and wasn't able to check in one room until 2pm (1 hour early other room 3pm). The appearance of the rooms were unpleasant. (Room 1) The floors were not dirty, I could see trash swept in the corners. The toilet in my room didn't work, had to go to the lobby to ask for maintenance 5 mins after being in my room. Dirty Very dirty and somebody was trying to get in my room all night

Smelled like smoke room smelled like smoke even though had a non smoking room

Save your money Not kept up. Our door would be open when we came back from work. It didn’t latch or stay closed. Room service didn’t come daily. We didn’t get fresh towels or beds made for our entire 3 day stay.

lack of pride and smelled like mold. hallways dirty. elevator hot, smelled nasty

Had big chunks of dog dookie under the bed and the room smell like dogs.
