My room might have had bed bugs I had a non smoking room but it wreaked of tobacco and the comforter had cigarette burns in it

Great bed!!! But that’s about it. Comfort was great! The location changes traumatically at night. I woke to all four of my car windows having a slight sliver open with hand prints on my car. An obvious attempt to a break in. The customer service was non existent. Just a “What’s your name... ID.... here’s your keys” and walked away. Also the a/c kept shutting off and never reaches the desired temperature. The comfort of the beds were great. But I wouldn’t recommend staying here more than a quick night. It was nice to see there was security during the night but the room was dirty, there were carpet stains and old food in the refrigerator

Great area- decent amenities We found a small roach in our room on the second night. Great location & decent friendliness of staff.

My wifi didnt work my tv sucked and my room wasnt done in room service
