Nice The hotel was really nice and clean but they put an extra 100$ hold on your card thats unknown.

The service was good. The ladies at the reception were very helpful. Jasmine and here coworker were patient and understanding last night when I checked in. They took care of every little request I had with a smile. They have my 5 stars.

Worked in a pinch Really outdated and the bed was extra small. My wife and I are both 6ft and over. Woke with swollen feet. Our desk clerk was awesomeness though

Downtown hotel I reserved a night downtown because I didn’t want to deal with the traffic from Sealy in the morning when I have a 0730 appointment. I travel extensively as a veteran with a military family. I stay in extended stay America hotels nationwide. I’m sorely disappointed with the increase in the deposit amount of $100. I never pay that much and it was hidden in the super small print details that there would be a deposit but not how much!! Not the best, not the worst... The room was fine (comfortable and quiet), the staff was friendly. I had to find a place close to downtown Houston because of icy road conditions. What put me off was the unexpected $100 deposit. Normally, I leave a card on file in case of additional expenses, but they've never actually taken money off the card, then promise to give it back IF the room is in good shape. I thought that was excessive.
