The location it self was good. But the maanger was not helpful. The hallway we stayed on smelled the weed. The room across from us was in and out all night long and there was no one working up front at 11:00 when i went to report it. There was people outside our window laughing and being loud in the middle of the night. We got maybe 2 hours of sleep and left the next morning. I feel we should get a refund for the night we didn't stay.

The bathroom wasn't working.

They did not have the room I purchased online, so I need a difference of pay. I paid $71 when I got here but I paid 87 online so I need the $16 refunded

didnt get a room even after reservation very disappointed, we went there late around 11pm and they told us that there are no rooms available and they are cancelling the reservation. they should have informed earlier that they cannot give us the room as we had already reserved earlier

Pay in the lobby or don’t pay at all. After paying for our stay, the door to the lobby was never opened therefore our money was just taken from us. And we had to wait in the car till morning, when a worker told us that they would no longer be able to compensate the money that we paid because we were too late to check in

Nasty place to stay There were roaches all over the room and the toilet was stopped up
