I wouldn’t extend this stay... The first room I was given had no power, and I had to take all my luggage back down to get another room key. The next room was dated, but clean. The local area is slightly sketchy, and there are several homeless people who hang out at the gas station next to the hotel and ask you for money. When I first pulled into the parking lot, the security guard sitting in an unmarked vehicle stared me down as if I was criminal. Tive um problema no checkin e não acharam minha reserva.

Worst customer service ever seen We stayed for a night and we had very bad experience. The customer service was worst. They even said they would provide continental breakfast but all they had was a black coffee. When we asked the conceirge, they said they are out of cream and muffin or oatmeal and could offer nothing but coffee in a very rude tone. Definitely not recommend.

No Bueno(No good) Room had roaches and plumbing problems.

Cockroach infested hotel This hotel is cockroach infested, smells, the manager is a liar, she is rude, all the staff were rude , customer service was zero. People need to know how bad this your. Hotel is because I took pictures of all the roaches and bug infested bed.

No volveré a usar otra vez este hotel en mi estadi Llegue desde Dallas para una cita médica, la cama poco confortable ni una botella de agua o café mientras estuve ahí, y las dos veces que he ido en general está sucio y huele mal.
