Stinky room and strange patrons Room was so stinky we had burn incense to just sleep the night. Don't recommend this hotel.

Worst Customer Service Ever Had Booked it, paid but wasn't able to check in. The front desk clerk, a young Indian woman was very rude and unwilling to help so I had to cancel the paid booking. The area of this location has gone downhill. Too many men and boys standing around outside and walking around the area. Still waiting for my refund which takes 7-8 business days.

Worst hotel ever for the price This hotel needs to be cleaned and has no security at all. The room had a really bad odor that smelled like someone was smoking pot in the room.

Would Not Extend My Stay $100 security deposit was not mentioned until actual check in. Person at front desk not very friendly. TV in room only had 1 channel. All of the other channels said "No Signal"

Pitifully service. Front desk agents needs serious customer service training. The were unaware how of how to be professional at ALL TIMES. I never got the towels I was promised, the room had a weird smell, the restroom has small ants that might have really been termites crawling around, front desk was not clear on the required deposit and when I acquired about missing towels the "agent" with the leg cast said she didn't know how to use the dryer and that there certified people for that. Good location, nice staff The hotel is in a good location if you're driving. The staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately only one dryer out of six was working.

Run-down and dirty I don't expect extended-stay hotels to be fancy...basic is fine. I do expect them to be clean, and that's where the Extended Stay Westchase Richmond failed utterly. It had cockroaches (I killed one in the kitchen area on the first day, and spotted a second one inside the AC control panel on a later day.) The furniture was not only dusty, but dirty: the handles of the dresser were actually slightly sticky, so that I scrubbed them with a damp towel (which came away black).
