Like that had little kitchenette Continental breakfast not good. Small muffins and granola bars. Muffins gone if not there by 7

Overall Room and service were great. Bed and pillows were too hard. I didn't sleep well. And my shower water never really got hot. Otherwise my visits was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

As my check in was late. I got my key went to the room but the key did not work. Went back to where you check in only to fine the door locked and no one around. At the time I did not see any way to contact anyone. I called the number on my itinerary. This was a Absolute joke! The person on the phone had no idea what to do and could barely speak English.
