Breakfast is meager but it's fresh, coffee is good when it's there but it's out and doesn't get replaced right away always

This property is very old and in dire need of remodeling. Unfortunately, the room kept surprising me with how bad it actually was. It was not a terrible stay and if I expected luxury I would've paid for it. The carpet was ripped in multiple places, blue dye stains all over the bathroom, lights missing, the kitchenette backsplash and side of the refriderator was covered in splattered grease, even the remote didn't have a back on it so the batteries kept falling out.
