Not so sure The room looked like it was in mid repair pictures were not on the wall things on the floor not all vacuumed outlet covers missing the smoke alarm was laying on the table disconnected there was still a bag of garbage in the can with food under the sink but the bed looked brand new and clean

It works in a pinch. Rooms were a little ragged, but the door locked and the toilets flushed.
It was awesome great customer service
It was okay for just me, not really poor, but a litlte below average. The windows were open when I got to my room and they would not shut all the way. There was 1/2 inch gap where the window didn't shut and they just wouldn't budge to close all the way. The vent in the bathroom was falling down and it exposed dirt, dust, and who knows what else clogging the vent. There were crumbs on the floor and dirt on both of the chairs at the mini-table.
