I never saw a room because even though I prepaid for my room AND called to let the front desk know I came in after midnight, they gave my room to someone else.

Really? After-hours desk staff churlish. Elevator out of service - had to pull a clothing change and toiletries out of the car and walk up to our third floor room. The staircase, like other public areas, was dirty. The accommodations were clean and functional but spartan, as were the "breakfast" options - stale granola bars, mini muffins and instant oatmeal. An Awful Experience DO NOT stay here... it was awful! The room was awful and not up to standards (sink was disgusting, sheets are very cheap material and the bed was not comfortable at all). Also, this area is a VERY HIGH break in area and our car was broken into while staying at the hotel overnight and there was multiple break ins that same night at this area.

Bugs Check in was a disaster. The room was clean but there was a roach crawling across the wall. Upon checkout the hotel charged my debit card for the room so I essentially paid for the room twice. When I called to talk to someone about it the front desk receptionist was very rude and nasty with me.

It's not a nice place. Staff is indifferent at best. Breakfast is a granola bar.
