Thought we were getting a continental breakfast and it was a grab and go instead. Our sheets had hair all over them and one of our room smelled so bad it was hard to stay in there. We would not reccomend this hotel.

I thought they had an airport shuttle but was sadly mistaken. This was very disappointing as I'd already had a long travel day. What made it worse was how the receptionist answered me. She harshly said, "We aint got no shuttle! You gotta take cab." I nearly cancelled my reservation and switched to the Ramada nearby but didn't want to deal with the trouble. Great room; wifi is awful The room itself was really nice. It had a kitchen with a full fridge and freezer. The only problem I had was the wifi. I couldn't watch my videos for an online course I'm taking because they wouldn't load. I had to use my phone as a hotspot to get through it. Youtube and Facebook worked fine, so if you don't need anything more than that, you should have no problems. Literally everything else was perfectly pleasant.

I forgot my medication in the refrigerator when I checked out. Maid service found the medication, reported it to the front desk. I received a call informing me of my forgotten medication. The hotel held my medication, in their refrigerator, until I could return to pick it up 2 days later. Great customer service!
