Awful This was a very dirty hotel and lots of drug people hanging around..did not feel safe . Room was awful the worse ive stayed in. I do not recommend

This hotel literally told us they were SOLD OUT when we arrived at 11pm after an entire day of travel... which you think wouldn't be a problem if you made RESERVATIONS months in advance. DO NOT STAY HERE. RESERVATIONS MEAN NOTHING.

I am waiting for a refund. We booked 2 rooms, but left after trying multiple times to find a room that was bearable. The first room smelled so horribly of animal urine, rotten foods, and general filth, that we asked for a different one. The second room literally had a chunk of old dried up dog poop on the carpeted floor & bug droppings on the bed. Walked in to my room and it hadn't been cleaned. All the pillows were moved to one bed, but had been stripped of the cases. The blankets were gone from the beds, but the sheets were still there, disheveled like someone had just slept in them. Made me nervous the pillow cases and blankets were gone to be cleaned but not the sheets... 😬 There was also popcorn on the floor. They gave me a new room. It was my most terrible experience in my life so far. 1: No clean towel, the solution is to bring used one and let them clean it and give me back to me. 2: smell do bad, the hallway u can smell urine so badly, not just a bit 3: the bed sheet and everything are not cleaned, u can easily tell. 4: one of the bed wasnt prepared yet, being told it's still cleaning,but asked 2times, a whole day gone till evening still the same. Many many unbelievable experiences

Called to confirm checkin. Got there a few hours later and they closed up all the rooms due to a room service issue without informing anyone. Now I had to find a replacement hotel plan at midnight. Not recommended, poor communication.
