Place was dirty everywhere, rooms not clean, the room smell like cigarette even doe it was a non smoking room. Place felt unsafe and noisy. Not recommended if you have children.

Very dirty, tatty and uncomfortable Budget hotels are my staple but it has been a long time since I've stayed at one this bad. I only booked it because it included breakfast. At check in I was told there would be breakfast. There wasn't any. The bed was far too soft and lumpy. The TV had no remote*, was held together with glue, and couldn't sustain a signal. Worst vacation Absolutely horrible. I booked a room with a kitchenette and was not given any dishes or utensils. I had already puchased groceries that needed to b prepared and was unable to do so. There was no breakfast like suggested. I didnt have a single serve coffe pot in my room. I asked several different employees to no avail. My first paid vaction and i was devastated.

Dirty. Not maintained. Cleanliness of rooms not good. Very unsafe!! Front desk gave access to my room to another customer just sonthey could use my restroom.

Elevator was out of service. Property in need of many repairs. Sheets on bed were dirty. Clock in room was broken.

Couldn't stay here. Had a reservation and in the room the window wouldnt close in our room and lamps were missing light bulbs. so they gave us a new room. That room had 2 beds 1 without a comforter and they said they had no more and then the fire alarm beeped. They said they would fix it we went to dinner came back and did not fix it. Asked for a refund they had no problem giving us one. The front desk lady said “I dont blame you”. Glad we got our money back but dont stay here.
