Disappointed and upset! It was extremely unfortunate. My friends and cousins helped me with a convention at the Indiana Convention Center, but when we checked in, there were no keys. Only if on a budget The "Trash Room" was overflowing on the second floor with trash spilling out into the hallways the night we arrived. It was still there when we left the next day.

Sheets smelled bad. Adults running down the hallway and slamming doors between 9:30-11:30pm. Simple carpentry jobs not accomplished in the room, so towel rack hanging off the wall, closet shelves hanging out of the walls, refrigerator not wiped down after previous use. Called to complain and Guest Services never called back. I had to keep calling to get any resolution.

I am surprised by the many people loitering around the properties. The ground room I stayed in had a dirty carpet and an unpleasant smell.

Hotel stunk of smoke and weed. Room wasn’t terrible but the bathroom door handle was broken and laying on the counter when we arrived. One of the beds frames was also broken. The main hallway flooded so there were loud fans running 24/7 in the middle of the hallway. Breakfast wasn’t an actual breakfast, just a granola bar and a cup of coffee which was pretty disappointing. Overall yes it was a place to sleep but I wouldn’t come back.

Very gross and old hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly, but the room was disappointing. When we arrived, the toilet wouldn’t flush and then flooded when it finally did. The shower head was dirty and covered in mold, and the room smelled musty. The TV remote was even held together with duct tape. I would recommend looking for a different place to stay.
