CUSTOMER FOR LIFE I stayed at two ESA motels on my journey across America and was pleasantly surprised by the total experience. Your facilities were extremely clean, comfortable, and economical, well within my budget. I will always seek out ESAs on future trips. I've already referered ESA to my friends. You have a customer for life!!!

I cannot complain to much, as i knew we were getting the very last room available. It was clean, but there were no towels or trash cans, and you could not use the shower.

Property was nice but no ice machine you don't always have time to freeze ice cubes.
Just a place to rest up. It was a place to stay. Only 2 towels. Bathtub didn’t drain when taking a shower. No ice machine. No sheets or blanket for the pull out couch, that we needed to use for having 3 people in 3 different beds. Hallways smelled like smoke and weed. I wouldn’t even call it breakfast included. It was only granola bars and packaged blueberry muffins. Oh ya a really gross hot oatmeal. Only stayed a few hours to rest up and take a shower.
