Myself, husband, and three kids were in desperate need of somewhere to stay after a prior hotel mishap and driving 5 hours from TN. I booked my room online, and when we showed up to the property I was told they were overbooked and didn't have somewhere for us to stay. Everywhere in the area was fully booked, however one of the area managers made it work for us. I was extremely grateful for this. This property is honesty a dump. The bathroom wreaked of mold when taking a shower even with the door open. We had a neighbor with a yipping dog that barked all night. It was just sketchy and it was dirty and it smelled
