The hotel was ok, the help was somewhat rude. We were stuck in elevator for almost 20 minutes, and one of the beds in our room only had 3 legs.

Great experience, but suggest better maintenance It was an amazing experience. Would recommend stay; however, some amenities could use a more focused maintenance. I did find multiple things needing maintenance, from the A/C unit filter, shower-tub floor, some of the wall covers were coming off, and the mixing valve for the shower was not quite functioning as properly. However those are just minor details. Totally recommend, the rooms layouts are awesome!

We came to Indy for a band competition. This was one of the most affordable hotels we could find. I did pay extra to have a king bed, but received 2 beds. My husband was too tired to ask for the correct room. The rokm was clean and spacious. Parking was close and free. Beds were a little on the hard side.
Well it was a quick one night. What they didn’t have was a person at the check out desk. And Breakfast. Not sure it’s necessary though. What I wanted was more then 2 small pillows they said they did not have more and they only supplied 2 small bath towels for 2 people. It would had been nice to have 2 more. And hair conditioner.

The stay was good. If we needed something they got it for us. The rooms were clean. The problem we had was they charged us more than what we booked. They told us it was because of the tax but the paper we had from our booking said that our total includes the tax. We showed them the paper and they said their hotel charges additional taxes that's not on the paper. I didn't understand that but they wouldn't take it off. They said that it was their hotel tax.
Do your research .. I learned that I should have read the reviews before booking,my criteria for a hotel is it must be as good or as clean as what I have at home... The floor was sticky and the refrigerator was so loud I had to unplug it to be able to sleep... The other issue was their clientele , as soon as I had registered and walked down the hall I knew I could have done better.. 2 doors down they were having a party ,lucky I was far enough away from them it was not an issue until the second night when the hallway wreaked... read more
