Unhelpful staff, not clean. Kitchen equipment was barely usable and you have to ask for it and collect what you need at the front desk. Luggage cart was broken and unusable. Just a really sad place overall.

Property was clean and well maintained. Close enough to downtown, where you could uber easily and cheaply. Would stay again1

Decent Stay The hotel was under renovation when we stayed here, but they did a good job keeping the mess to a minimum. We arrived in Indy by plane hours before we could check in, and they stored our luggage for us until we were able to check in, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel felt very understaffed, as there were often signs at the front stating the front desk employee would be back later. Additionally, the front desk was generally closed from 10pm to 7am. Nice room and super-friendly staff. Fold-out sofa barely fit, blocking the ability to go from room to room (had to climb over). TV's were old tube style (in bedroom) and both remotes were really crummy.
