Room was clean except floor could have been vacuumed a bit better. Everything about the room was loud though. Ac is obnoxiously loud, refrigerator although convenient was loud, traffic from the highway, and the bathroom light fan ( couldn’t sneak into the bathroom without waking everyone else up in the room). We are just used to a quiet house. All the noise didn’t make for a restful night. Also hotel was sold out and they ran out of shampoo and pillows. We each had one seriously flat pillow to sleep on. :/

It was just ok. The room was kind of questionable but me and my family was so tired we just over looked it. I really couldn’t tell if the beds had been made up or had been used. The bathroom had a dirty towel under the sink and draws was broken. It just really wasn’t up to standard. Even the pullout couch looked questionable

I wish the site told us that rooms are not cleaned daily. Room was a bit dirty upon checkin.

Meh Was OK but nothing special. Never saw housekeeping in 5 days. Parts of the fridge and clothes iron were broken. TV reception was terrible. It wasn't awful but also not great. Staff was friendly helpful and confused.

The only reason I chose to stay at the Extended Stay opposed to extending my reservation at The Marriott because the Extended Stay’s website stated there was a shuttle to take me to the airport. Regrettably, The Marriott did not have a shuttle during the time I needed to leave downtown Indy to the airport. Overall, I was not pleased with my stay and probably will not stay again. My room was clean and somewhat comfortable.

Beautiful hotel. Continental "breakfast" was very meager... No coffee available in the evening when we checked in.

The only negative comment I have was I flew in at 10:30, by the time I got my luggage and car rental and drove to the hotel , I was exhausted, upon entering the hotel I had to yell for 10 minutes to get someone's attention that was in a back office, outside of that, the rest was smooth.

We had a great stay here, checked in for 3 nights. Nicole at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. Read all the reviews and was worried, but once we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised. Yeah, breakfast is nothing much other than coffee and muffins, but at least there is a nice kitchenette with a fridge so you can bring anything you like. Our room was super clean and newly remodeled.
