Couldn't check in till 4 p.m. My wife and I arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m. knowing that check-in was at 3 but hoping we could get in sooner. Unfortunately we could not. The front desk said they would take our name and write it down and call it out as rooms became available. 3:30 comes and we are still unable to check in our room about people walking in the front door are getting keys to their rooms. 4 p.m. now would be sitting in the lobby for 2 hours and I go to the desk for a third time in our room is finally ready. Early plane? No problem! I needed to be near the Indy airport and found this establishment to fir the bill. I was greeted warmly, the room was fine, and someone even came up to investigate a sound issue outside my room around midnight.

Pillows weren’t clean but overall comfort and stay was great loved the kitchen in the room!

No Breakfast The only real problem was that they advertise “breakfast” when all they have is pouched oatmeal, some granola bars, coffee and wrapped muffins. had to go elsewhere for breakfast.
