I paid insurance to have money refunded if I could not stay or had leave early, I left a day early and should’ve had $61 refunded to me from you and I have not received that! I thought that would be refunded immediately. I paid for insurance so that I would get it back! I would like to get my money back for the last day. I left on Sunday and I paid till Tuesday, thank you

Not great No early checkin avaiable hard to find staff even at front desk. Very old furniturings bathroom door wouldn’t close and was split in half. Customer service very lacking.

No big issues but could have been better Room was clean but there were no extra sheets and the TV did not work. For breakfast, they only had coffee and a limited amount of packaged muffins.
