Thank God I just needed a bed for the nigjt Got in to check-in at 1, which I understand is very late but it took me until 130 to be able to get into hotel(thanx to the customer who let me in). Me and another person trying to check in had to wait in the lobby for another 15 minutes until I knocked on counter and then the front desk person came from a back room. This was by far one of the better extended stays I have booked with. It was very clean, smelled good walking in, staff were friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember the young lady at the front desk’s name (has long locs with red tips) she was very helpful and always friendly. If we come back to Indianapolis for work we will definitely stay again!
