I didn't have my room until I left. When I asked about room services they told me that I need to pay. It was not covered in my booking. And i was not told

Pretty good stay Check wasnt fast by all means but the front clerk made it fun. Wish when we booked our 2 rooms they were closer together but it worked out. Maybe a bit more choices in the breakfast area. All and all would reserve again

Family fun Hotel was nice and comfortable. The location was a little isolated.

There was a public bathroom that was out of order for 2 days. The elevator and hallways did not get vacuumed or cleaned any of the 3 nights I was there. There were clumps of dirt from workers boots tracked all thru that were obvious. The room we had was clean and comfortable, no problems there.

Had to go find the lady working the desk that had a line. Got in to the room that smelled of smoke. Found dirty towels, trash. Went back to the desk to get towels and said some thing and was told we would have to pay extra to have it cleaned.

I didn't like the fact that my room did not come with dishes or utensils as advertised. The breakfast or the lack there of was terrible with nothing to choose from outside of cold coffee and a couple of pre wrapped tiny muffins.
