Went home tired The room was great. Exactly what we expected It was the location right next to the side door. The door was very noisy when it latched. We had the two end rooms. They said they would fix it but the second night it was the same. People in and out all night until about 4 am. Lack of sleep with both rooms both nights. Also ran out of toilet paper and could not get front desks attention. We could hear people in the office talking but they couldn’t hear us yelling to get their attention. Room was clean ans neat. The refrig and microwave needed to be wiped down but the room was great other wise

No body at the desk. Just stopped for a quick nights rest on our way up north. Got there at 10pm and there was nobody at the front desk, just a handwritten note with a number to call. We called and someone came to the desk. We got checked in to our room and I wanted ice. No ice. I walked up and down the halls, no ice machine. I went to the empty front desk, no one around. I just gave up and went back to the room and had a warm drink.

The general manager was exceptionally nice and accommodating, the other staff was new and lacked the necessary skills to resolve issues accordingly.

We only needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Front desk clerk was very nice, room was clean, it worked perfect for our needs
