From room 252 Bathroom faucet broken and back stairs dirty but other than that it wsd nice

The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The room was clean but the carpet was gross and stained. I was worried because when I came in the doors were super dirty and the little room to get inside was nasty but the hotel was clean. Checkin girl seemed very unhappy to be at work and was not dressed appropriately. Liked the idea of free breakfast for the kids but there was only muffins and coffee, no milk or juice or any real breakfast food. No one was at the counter to checkout. I found the toilet was used and not flushed when I got there and thought it was clogged but finally flush

Did not have the room we PAID for when we arrived. Vwry disappointing
Comfortable beds and pull out bed. It said there was a contenental breakfast there was not one. Very disappointed. Doors didn't lock very well for rooms or for hotel. Kinda scary thought anyone could walk into your room or door located in corridor. No ice machine but laundry was nice

Just sort of okay -Understaffed. Staff are friendly and helpful, but stretched too thin. -Dead cockroach on floor in front of stove -No hand soap in bathroom -No waste basket except tiny one in bathroom -Coffee maker in lobby broken, huge puddle of coffee spreading everywhere -Very few TV channels -Lots of other hotels in this same area for comparable price. This is probably not the best choice.

Rooms supplies properly and adequately stocked. Front desk rep was very cooperative and helpful when my reservation thru Expedia didn't show in their system. The hotel is quiet except for the disgruntled Housekeeper. The water supply was shut off for a repair to another room. My check out was graciously extended until after the water came back on. At which time I was able to continue my hygiene regiment for a day at work. Everything was perfectly fine.

Room was worth the money but don't expect much. Overall the room was worth the money. The front desk clerk was excellent. The room was not as clean as I would like it to be, but it was acceptable. They should not even advertise that there is a breakfast because it is a joke.
