It wasn't dirty but very old and hard to find the building from main road. Staff was not rude but not friendly at all

It was an ok stay. Staff was very friendly. The tv in the room didn't work. The room was average, but definitely could have been cleaner. The breakfast was disappointing. Only muffins, granola bars, and coffee.

We work hard to ensure each guest has a clean and comfortable room, and I know we fell short, I will be addressing your concern with my Housekeeping staff. Due to us being an Extended Stay hotel we offer a simple "Grab and Go" breakfast to get your day started as most guests who are long term stays cook on their own.
There was no one at the desk when we arrived to check in. Took 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk after calling the hotel from my phone. Staff was friendly. Room needs some thorough cleaning. Bathroom was gross, unknown stains on the shower curtain. Floor left your feet very dirty. Layers of dirt and grim around all edges in the bathroom.

Helpful!!! Staff was very helpful; needed a wheelchair and the clerk was able to bring her office chair out to substitute!

Estuve 4 días y 3 noches nunca fueron a limpiar el cuarto cada día se tenía q ir a pedir toallas limpias a recepción al llegar al cuarto era muy notable q no había sido limpiado antes de nuestra llegada, muy sucio y la tina súper enmohecida

Conveniently located and comfortable tomorrow It was great as always. Front desk really friendly room super clean and the location is conveniently located to restaurants, stores , movie theater and much more.
