Great nights sleep This was my first time staying at the hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only disadvantage was the shower water never got warm and ur was too cold to take a shower. I was in a hurry to checkout and never mentioned it to the front desk. The staff was very accommodating but if you stay in Rm 127 check the hot water first!

It was a good location and nice enough room. We needed the pull out bed and did not know to go to the desk at 12:30 A.M. to get bedding, but we made do with an extra pillow and spread from the queen bed. The staff was very pleasant.

It wasn't dirty but very old and hard to find the building from main road. Staff was not rude but not friendly at all

It was an ok stay. Staff was very friendly. The tv in the room didn't work. The room was average, but definitely could have been cleaner. The breakfast was disappointing. Only muffins, granola bars, and coffee.

We work hard to ensure each guest has a clean and comfortable room, and I know we fell short, I will be addressing your concern with my Housekeeping staff. Due to us being an Extended Stay hotel we offer a simple "Grab and Go" breakfast to get your day started as most guests who are long term stays cook on their own.
There was no one at the desk when we arrived to check in. Took 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk after calling the hotel from my phone. Staff was friendly. Room needs some thorough cleaning. Bathroom was gross, unknown stains on the shower curtain. Floor left your feet very dirty. Layers of dirt and grim around all edges in the bathroom.
