I didn’t like that we had to go up front for linens and pillows for couch bed

Not bad Very basic, clean, quiet. However, the only downside was there is no ice machine to refill a cooler when travelling and there were no appliances in the kitchenette making it fairly useless. The breakfast was as basic as they come.

First of all check in was upsetting. We had just drove 5 1/2 hours and were tired. No one was at the front desk. I had to call to get some one up there. She informed us they had over booked and we were getting the last room. I thought oh thank goodness. When we got up there there was 1 bed for 6 of us! 1 of my kids had to sleep under a counter, one on the counter, we got a rollaway and I slept on the bed with my husband. My friend slept on the sofa. Oops Checked in and went to grab a bite. Came to the room to eat and it had not been serviced from the previous person. Went back down to the desk and was given another room but about 20 mins later. Food was cold, I was hot, enough said.

Manager Jerome & lobby associates La Tishia ( new employee ) & I think Helena, we excellent. They went out of their way to accommodate us in every way. The housekeeping and associate who makes certain the rooms are clean need to do better. One room we changed because very dirty. Bedsheets not changed, pillowcase stinky, carpet dirty and eating table full of syrup. The property itself is beautiful and clean.
