Give them a chance Came for a family vaction. Great size for me and my two small kids,great pool. My room wasn't updated but others were and they looked great, also no bed bugs found in my room!

Staff rude card couldn’t work on outside door had to walk around the whole building to the front to get in when it was cold and snowing

Heat Not working and the pullout couch was absolutely disgusting and felt like cardboard. Zero out of 10 if I could Staff was on break for over two hours and I couldn’t get into my room when I first arrived

Staff rude except for one. The older lady had an attitude and didn't want to compensate us for our 2 days that we were without hot water we only got compensated for one day and didn't even have Wi-Fi. When I went to go check out and complain about this she then got upset told me we were only compensated for one day because that's all we deserved so I proceeded to go upstairs. Room- base boards coming of walls roaches coming under door. Bathroom sink fills up, takes long time to go down, no back on remote, fridge door kick in bath tub of ad rust and grit come out after turning water on, kitchen sink had very foul odor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was terrible. Upon check in i was informed the hotel was over booked and did not receive the room i was supposed to have. The room was dirty and damaged, did not feel comfortable at all.
Room ok, kitchen not great The cost of the stay was good. the kitchen was kinda dingy and not stocked. Had to ask for pots/pans, silverware, etc, which they had very little of. The cupboards were dirty and banged up. Needed a good paint job. Lobby coffee was often empty.
