A Horrible Stay – Unwelcoming and Filthy! I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and I am extremely disappointed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel had no interest in welcoming us. The staff was unhelpful and unwelcoming, making us feel like a burden rather than guests. The condition of our room was gross. We found chewed tobacco on the window sill, which was both disgusting and a serious health hazard. I got in late but when I tried to get into my room the door would not open. I believe the room has other guests in it and that they locked it from inside. Went down to check on my room number and couldn't find the staff member for maybe 15 minutes? Once I got a new room number I was able to get in. There was also no breakfast the next morning. I was there during the hours breakfast was supposed to be.

No waste basket, no glasses, plates silverware, THE WIDOW IS COMPLETELY OUTOF THE FRAME....couldn't get my receipt because the GUY AT YHE DESKNWAS ASLEEP SNORING.I DESERVE A REFUND. I D

Arrived late Monday night, left early Wednesday morning. Horrible room, When I arrived the window was open, so old, had to get staff to close, realized it had been opened to cover smoking in room. Late in evening, no manager to call to complain to! Living room furniture missing, only one chair at desk. Flooring around fridge sticky, not cleaned. Carpeting looked dirty and patched. Disappointed The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. She thought we were being rude to her when we were just confused about something, and then she proceeded to give us attitude for the rest of the time we were checking in. When called out about it, she tried to gaslight us that it was our fault. This woman shouldn't be working in customer service, and really set the tone for our stay. Rooms are very outdated. Mold behind kitchen sink. No linens provided for sofa bed.
