The room was very poorly lit, filthy and not maintained at all.

We booked two rooms and both of them were really dirty. The pull out sofa was covered in stains and the blankets provided looked like they were not washed properly. Also both rooms had an awful smell

There was no breakfast the 3 mornings I was there. They blamed it on supplies not arriving. I think local staff should have been authorized to get dry cereal, milk and fruit as a minimum.

This property is old and needs updating. The staff is never at the front desk and the continental breakfast was regular instant oatmeal and coffee. So if you’re just looking to rest awhile or overnight, it will be suitable for just that!

Didn’t get a room they were overbooked The reality of the situation is this, we had a paid for reservation and when we arrived at 8:45 at night, we were informed that there was no room available for us to stay in and then we had to call Hotels.com to get it all taken care of. 30 minutes later we finally get a replacement room at another hotel that was awful also. Very disappointed in Hotels.com and Extended Stay for this huge snafu in our trip north.
