The room looked half cleaned dirty microwave and countertops bed sheets were cheap and old no light bulbs in the light and none on site my let out bed on the couch didn’t have any sheets in the room for it when I went to check out waited at the desk no one came I called them someone answered and took a very long time to come.

Room not ready because it was dirty even though we arrived at 6pm. Given another room which unfortunately was also dirty. Cigarette butt on the floor, dirty wash cloth on the shower rail, roll of toilet paper that looked like it had been dunked in water (all wrinkly, couldn't separate the sheets- had to get another one. No TV remote. Also "free wi-fi" all day everyday doesn't really work except for the lightest browsing- my 5G phone working as a hotspot was faster. Run the other way. Where do I start? First: reserved a studio suite with 2 beds and a sofa sleeper. After all, 3 of us were staying. they "upgraded" us to a suite with 1 bed and a sofa sleeper. (Going from 2+1 to 1+1 is a downgrade, not an upgrade). The garbage in the kitchen was still there from previous guest. Enough crumbs in the desk drawer to make a cookie with. The only thing I liked was the convenience and location of the property for the area I needed to be in for my engagement. Upon entering the hotel everything is camouflage everything is clean everything looks presentable and nice on first impression, but once you enter into the private rental areas of this hotel location first impression is very deceiving. yuck When I gave them my credit card they said there was a $55 REFUNDABLE deposit which I still have not been refunded. The place was disgusting and smelled nasty. Not to mention they staff were very rude and not helpful at all

The place didn’t smell right, the dryer didn’t work properly, and they didn’t offer housekeeping since I only stayed a few days.

No sleep hotel My main complaint is that we wasn’t able to get NO rest, the guess who stayed over our room was so loud, for hours. It sounds like they was playing bowling and football. I did speak to the front desk twice (she said she was the assistant manager), and she said she would call the room both times, but that didn’t help, that made the guess get even louder. The floors hadn’t been swept there wash hair still in the bathtub. Also a couple drawers still had stuff from previous people’s stays. Overall the sanitation and cleaning of rooms could be more thorough considering the times we are in with covid.

Disappointed They did not have a room they transfered us to a sister property. It was super loud the upstairs guest were running hard on the floor. It had no soap, no dishes.
