I was eaten alive by bed bugs. This is completely unacceptable.

Dirtiest hotel First room given had roaches reported it then was given another room where the toilet didn’t work and also had roaches decided to just hit the road because it was the dirtiest place I ever been in.

I needed to cancel my stay for one night because I missed my flight, it was for military leave. Not only did I not get any type of partial refund but NO refund at all. Poor services and rude staff.

First room smelled so strong of mold and mildew i had to move to a different room. Second room was better but was dusty, dirty cabinet drawers, an iron that leaked water all over my clothes, and a huge stain in the middle of the floor. Even the “Continental Breakfasf” was just coffee, hot water, and oatmeal packets. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful, though. Would not rebook with this hotel.

I did not like anything about this place. They gave my room away, made me paid for it anyways. Place me a different room that was smelly and the bed sheets appeared dirty.
